Så kom med på denne her workshop hvor arbejder med kvaliteten af vores trin og connnection 🎶
 
Workshoppen er for både førere og følgere, der ønsker at forbedre og øve deres teknik — noget vi aldrig kan få nok af! (ikke for nybegyndere!)
 
For virkelig at mestre det, har vi brug for fuldt fokus på, hvordan vi bevæger vores krop uden også at skulle tænke på kombinationer og hvordan vi skaber en endnu stærkere connection.
 
✨ Vi arbejder med:

✅ Critical Timing – så dine bevægelser flyder naturligt med musikken

✅ At rulle gennem fødderne for mere blødhed og kontrol
 
✅ At uddybe connection til din partner og musikken, blandt andet igennem de to variationer af 'ramme'
 
Åben for level 2-4— uanset om du er ny og vil have et solidt fundament eller erfaren og ønsker at pudse din teknik af.
 
Du behøver ingen partner — bare kom med nysgerrighed og energi.
 
Bliv til práctica frem til kl. 19:00, hvor du kan udforske, danse og lege med de nye redskaber. 💃🕺

WCS Technique Workshop – Leaders & Followers + Practica
 
Want to feel more connected, smooth, and musical in your West Coast Swing? 🎶
 
This workshop is for both leaders and followers that wants to improve and practice their tecnicque. (Not for beginners)
 
This is a thing that we can never get enough of and to really get it we need to have full focus on how we move the body more smoothly and how we make the connection even better.
 
✨ What we’ll work on:
 
✅ Practicing critical timing so your movements flow naturally with the music
 
✅ Rolling through the feet for smoothness and control
 
✅ Deepening your connection to your partner and the dance
 
Open for Level 2-4 and want a solid foundation or experienced and looking to polish your technique.
 
No partner required — just bring your curiosity and energy. 
 
Stay for práctica until 19:00 to explore, dance, and play with the new tools. 💃🕺
